YCHS math students participated in the Pittsburg State University Math Relays on Tuesday, April 5. Thank you Mrs. McGee for taking the students over to compete!

The FFA Petting Zoo is Friday, April 8th! Grades PK-2nd will be bused to the high school for a short field trip!
The baseball and softball games at Southeast today have been postponed! A makeup date has not been scheduled at this time.
Play Ball!! The field is dry at Jayhawk-Linn so the Cats will be playing baseball. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30 PM. The team will be dismissed at 1:30 PM. Good Luck.

There is a change in the Woodson School District's Calendar. There will be no school on April 15, but there will be school on Monday-April 18 and Tuesday April 19 to meet state attendance requirements due to Covid and weather cancellations.
KSHSAA Covered is featuring 30 golfers to watch in Kansas this spring. Yates Center High School Senior Jack King has been selected as one of the top 30 golfers in the state to watch!

8th grade Ag students visited Woodson Co. Prime meats today as part of their unit on beef production/grading. They were able to see the steps it takes in butchering and processing our local beef.
The Emporia golf meet has been postponed for today. A make-up date will be set in April.
Tonight's baseball and softball games at Jayhawk - Linn have been postponed. The tentative make-up will be: Baseball at Jayhawk - Linn on April 1 starting at 4:30 PM. (If the field is playable). Softball at Jayhawk - Linn on April 12 starting at 4:30 PM.
