Mrs. Estes’ class had a very special guest speaker today via zoom. Mrs. Lupita McNett talked to the class about the history of Cinco De Mayo and the culture and heritage of Mexico!
Mrs. Cummings and Mrs. King took 7th grade to Topeka for a tour of the Capitol yesterday.

School Lunch Hero's are behind the scenes preparing, baking, and ensuring our student's in our district receive good tasting but yet healthy meals each day, two times a day. Today we celebrate them as our Super Hero's of our district I couldn't do what I do without them!!!!!! 8th grade math students finished up their Barbie Bungee project. Students did experiments of how far Barbie would bungee down with different number of rubber bands connected to her feet. They made a scatter plot and a Line of Best Fit from their data.
First grade received a book and ice cream for completing the Pat Herring Memorial Reading Challenge.😀
