Mrs. Turner's 8th grade classes completed phase one of the Barbie Bungee Jump! Students compared the number of rubber bands in the bungee to the depth of her jump to create scatter plots. Then, students found a line of best fit for their plot, wrote an equation for their trend lines, and used that equation to predict the number of rubber bands needed for Barbie to drop off the old stadium. Stay tuned for the final drop Friday!
