Dear Parents/Guardians
The South building (YCEMS) will be holding our annual “Freedom Walk” on Friday September 10, 2021. The annual event will begin at 9:00 AM from the Bus Ramp and end at the FlagPole in front of the building. Since students will be walking around the block, please send your child/ren in comfortable walking shoes and clothing. We are also asking that they wear a shirt that is Red, White, and/or Blue to school on this day to show their support of our emergency services and military personnel that will be in attendance for our Freedom Walk.
If you or a member of your household is a member of one of the emergency service organizations, please feel free to join our students for our “Freedom Walk” and program, by walking with our students as they remember the many emergency service personnel that lost their lives during this 9 -11 event.
Sincerely,
