CANCELLATION: 5th/6th grade Blue Crew Football practice for tomorrow (Tuesday) has been cancelled. The last practice will be next week, Tues., Oct. 19th.
Middle school girls basketball practice will begin on Monday, October 18th. A sign-up sheet will be outside Mrs. Turner's door starting Tuesday. Basketball is open to any 6th-8th grade girls. Players will need a physical on file with the school prior to starting practice.
There will be a brief parent meeting following practice on the 18th.

Hello! To everyone who ordered a hoodie from TAUDD, first and again, thank you! After some supply, COVID, and homecoming responsibility delays, the hoodies are going to be ready for pick up at the football game on Friday, October 15 (Parents Night). Checks may be made payable to the YCHS Activity Fund/TAUDD. Checks or cash are accepted. Payment is NOT required until you take delivery.

Reminder for Tomorrow!!
The next Covid Vaccine Clinic will be Thursday, October 7th from 9:00-12:00 at YCHS for anyone needing their second vaccine from the Sept. 15th clinic or anyone wanting to get their first vaccine!

Clarification:
There will be no school for students in Preschool through 8th grade for the remainder of the week. School will resume on TUESDAY, October 12th.
All K-5 Rec Soccer games for tomorrow have been pushed back to next week. The season will run a week longer. NO games tomorrow!
The state has declared the Yates Center Elementary Middle School an outbreak. Due to this declaration, the Yates Center Elementary Middle School will be closed for the remainder of the week. School for this building will resume on Tuesday, October 12th. This building closure only affects the elementary middle school at this time.
