YCHS would like you to join us tonight in recognizing the 2022 YCHS volleyball team for academic excellence. Between the girls and boys game, the team and 4 individuals will be recognized. To qualify for KVA (Kansas Volleyball Association) All-Academic team, the players must average a 3.3 GPA or higher. Our team had an average GPA of 3.55!! To qualify as an individual KVA All-Academic first team you must have a 4.0 GPA and honorable mention is at least a 3.75 GPA. Molly Proper earned first team and Callyn Miller, Emma Grogg, and Grace Westerman earned honorable mention with a couple of other players only tenths away from also earning honorable mention. Congratulations, ladies and keep up the great work in the classroom and on the court!!
