Activities for the week!
YCHS students traveled to FSCC today for Math relays. Congratulations to Kori Simmons for placing 3rd in 10th grade geometry and 2nd place in 10th grade mental math. Cooper O'Brien for placing 2nd in 11th grade geometry. Jeremiah Jones placing 2nd in 11th grade word problems. Great Job to everyone!

Mr. Barnes' Financial Literacy class visited the GN Bank today. Thank you Jamie and Crystal for giving us some very useful information about how banks and finance work.

At approximately 2:45 today, the school district was notified by the Yates Center Police Department of a situation that required both schools to lock down. At 3:01, YCPD gave us the all clear and the go ahead to dismiss. We will share more details as they become available.
